Flower Care

For Fresh Flowers Bouquets and Arrangements:

  • Immediately hydrate your flowers. Place stems into clean, cool water as soon as possible.
  • Trim the stems at an angle. Cut approximately ½ inch from the bottom of each stem and remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
  • Add flower food to your vase. Follow the flower food instructions provided. Refresh water and food every 2-3 days for longer-lasting blooms.

  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat. Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heaters, or dry environments. Blooms last longest in cool conditions.
  • For arrangements with floral foam, add water every 1-2 days using a funnel or turkey baster. Keep foam consistently moist, but not overflowing.
  • Remove fading blooms. As flowers naturally age, remove wilting stems to help preserve the remaining blooms.
