Shipping policy


Delivery Confirmation 

If you are sending flowers as a gift, please confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location on your selected delivery date & expected delivery window. We do not make second delivery attempts. To avoid missed deliveries, please verify that the recipient’s address and contact details are correct and that someone will be available to receive the flowers during the expected delivery window.

Undeliverable Orders

If we are unable to leave the flowers safely at the delivery location (for example, if no one is available to receive them and it’s not suitable to leave them unattended), the arrangement will be returned to our shop. The sender or recipient may pick up the order within 24 hours of the original delivery attempt. After 24 hours, any unclaimed arrangements will be donated or respectfully disposed of, as we prioritize maintaining the freshness and quality of our products.

Anonymous Orders

We believe in transparency and respect for our customers and recipients. Therefore, we do not allow anonymous flower deliveries. Every order must include the sender’s name for delivery confirmation.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that affect delivery routes, Vintage Soul Flowers reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to the next available date. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.

Delivery for Non-Local Orders

At this time, we specialize in local delivery only and do not deliver flowers outside our delivery zones. For special requests or events outside our area, please contact us directly for potential options.
